The Story video curriculum gives groups of all sizes the opportunity to learn, discuss and apply what they have experienced during The Story 31-week church-wide experience. Pastor and author Randy Frazee presents 31 ten-minute teachings on how the story of Scriptures intersects with the story of your life. Through 31 video sessions, The Story adult curriculum will open your eyes to the Lower Story, our story, which is actually many stories of men and women interacting with God in the daily course of life; and the Upper Story, God's story, which is the tale of his great, overarching purpose that fits all the individual stories together like panels in one unified mural.

The adult curriculum elements are the only items in the church kit that are NOT reproducible. The curriculums for the other four age groups (teens, older elementary, early elementary, and preschool) are all comprised of reproducible files, with no limits as to the number of copies of the teachers and students' materials that can be made. The adult curriculum, on the other hand, offers the following items:

DVD - 31 ten-minute video lessons, including a 6-7 minute teaching by Randy Frazee and a 2-3 minute reading from The Story by different people whose position or role in life correlates with the passage they are reading. Every group needs a copy of the DVD.
Participant's Guide - Every lesson has a written introduction, a note-taking section to record notes while watching the video lesson, a series of discussion questions, prayer time, and suggested activities between meetings. Every group leader and participant, or couple, needs a Participant Guide.
The Heart of The Story - For the expanded, full-length version of Randy Frazee's teaching on the Upper Story and the Lower Story, read the companion book, The Heart of The Story. In this 31-chapter book, Frazee thoroughly explores the theme running through scripture of God's pursuit of a relationship with us and how we repeatedly fail to recognize God's presence breaking into our world. This book is a great enhancement for your journey through The Story.
